July has seen a reasonable amount of rainfall and combined with warm temperatures it has been ideal weather for grass seeding. Typically seed has germinated within 7-10 days of completion and been ready for first cut in 5 weeks. We completed new lawns in Boston, Healing, Waltham, Scunthorpe and Haxey. This photo is a new lawn area near Boston, Lincolnshire, having just had its first cut barely 5 weeks from the seeding date.
